The timing set (VT13773) is a tool kit for locking and adjusting camshafts and crankshafts. This kit is specifically designed for timing work on various Volvo vehicles with 1.5L and 2.0L gasoline engines from the VEA series (Volvo Engine Architecture).

The 10-piece set includes tools for locking the camshaft sprockets, holding the crankshaft pulley, and removing the crankshaft sprocket. A special tool for installing the crankshaft sealing ring is also included. All parts are supplied in a plastic storage case for safekeeping and transport.

This kit provides the necessary tools to properly perform maintenance on the timing chain and related engine components.

• Camshaft Locking: The camshaft timing tools and camshaft sprocket tools are used to lock the camshafts in the correct position during maintenance.
