The Jaltest OHW update license (29760) is an extension for the software used with a reader . This license provides access to the latest software updates for a period of one year, including vehicle coverage extensions and new features for off-highway vehicles.

After ordering, the license will be automatically activated within 24–48 hours on the specified serial number . An active license provides access to all diagnostic functions and the latest technical information. Once a license expires, the reader 's basic functionality remains available, but updates for new vehicle models or software improvements will no longer be provided.

To activate the license , you need the serial number of your Jaltest reader . This number consists of 9 characters and must be entered in the comments field during the ordering process. You can find the serial number in the following locations:

• Device: On the sticker on the back of the Jaltest Link V9 interface.
• Settings menu: In the Jaltest software, via the 'Settings' menu under system information.
• Packaging box: On the original packaging of the device.
